About Us
Gralco is a new family owned construction company co created in 2020 by Elvis and Santiago Alvarado. Elvis has been working in construction since 1996 and has owned previous companies in Greenville, SC which have completed more than 2 million square feet of renovations around Upstate and surrounding areas, not including all of the new constructions done over the years. Due to his previous work, Elvis has been able to work with different areas such as health care, commercial, industrial, religious etc.
Our goal in Gralco is to achieve high standards and quality control management in all of our work. We believe that our company can meet and go beyond customer and contractor expectations which can better integrate between companies. Our plan is to better construction standards overall with hard work and delivery with the neatest finishes giving you the best work possible.

Metal Framing
Metal framing or metal studs has a large variety of applications due to their new market in construction. Our goal is to meet high standards in this application with each job we are given. These applications vary from exterior to interior installations:
● Load-bearing exterior walls
● Curtain walls
● Floor joists
● Soffits
● Interior non-structural walls
Insulation
Key in construction work due to its general thermal & acoustical control. We offer the
installation of many applications of insulations:
● Batt Insulation
● Spray Insulation
● Loose Fill and Blown-in Insulation
● Solid Foam Boards
Acoustic Ceilings
Acoustical and grid systems are common construction applications due to their different uses and benefits. These include lighting reflectance, sound control, and appearance. We offer installation services for acoustic ceilings with a variety of ranges according to the customer’s preferences and desires.
Hard Stucco and EFIS
We offer a variety of exterior applications with stucco in new constructions and restorations. EFIS applications are the most common form of stucco application for low-cost exterior protection. Other forms of application we work with are mainly done with traditional stucco, mesh stucco, and hard stucco.
